As the Little New Year brought thoughts of reunion, Sungrow FPV hosted its 2024 Annual Celebration and Employee Awards Ceremony in Hefei on February 2. Colleagues from across the globe came together to welcome the next chapter of the company's journey.

Behind Sungrow FPV's remarkable momentum lies the quiet dedication of its many employees. During the annual gala, awards were presented for Outstanding Employees, along with distinguished team honors such as "Team of Excellence," "Team of Outstanding Achievement," and "Team of Merit," celebrating those who delivered outstanding results in innovation, R&D, and business growth throughout the year. Their commitment ensures that Sungrow FPV moves forward with strength and resilience. Later, business unit leaders shared their reflections on the year's successes and lessons, reviewing 2023 with an eye toward breaking new ground and rising to the challenges of 2024.

Mr. Li Xiang, General Manager, outlined the company's direction for 2024, calling on all employees to work toward common objectives with disciplined execution and a commitment to innovation that keeps pace with evolving market dynamics. He underscored the importance of boosting organizational health and energy, reinforcing technological competitiveness, expanding global market presence, and strengthening Sungrow FPV's brand reputation in the floating PV industry.

Mr. Cao Renxian, Chairman of the Group, stated that floating PV holds unlimited potential. He expressed his hope that the company will focus on its core floating PV business, pursue global expansion, continuously enhance product innovation and transformation capabilities, strengthen digital operations, seize opportunities, and build on its momentum to maintain industry leadership.
